THE KIDS' PROGRAM BUILDS CONFIDENCE, COORDINATION, AND DISCIPLINE
Our well-rounded children's program teaches the fundamentals of martial arts and self defense. Along the way, students will also learn personal skills that will help them as they become teenagers and in their entire lives, such as how to speak clearly in front of groups and how to listen and speak to adults.

Classes begin with warm-ups and stretching, followed by drills on martial arts fundamentals or games that develop the students' coordination and motor skills. Students practice following instructions and responding "yes/no sir" and "yes/no ma'am" to their instructors, who are experienced martial artists and teachers.

Children can begin as early as age 4, and there are four levels of classes so that students are surrounded by peers of similar age and experience. As students progress, they move from Beginner to Intermediate to Advanced classes.
